Patch Notes B0.040 - DSv4 Regression

Please note that shortly after our announcement last night, our new DSv4 provider ran into some issues and DSv4 has been falling back to the previous provider. Their GLM 5.3 endpoint is running smoothly though, so GLM 5.3 is still serving the new and improved version. We have been in communication with the new provider and it is estimated they will have everything back up in < 24 hours. Will let you know when we're back on the new and improved DSv4 Flash!
