Build a world
A Craft project is a world or game system made of files — characters, locations, factions, items, spells, lore, and rules — organized in folders however you like.
- Design your own file types, like custom character sheets and stat blocks, with their own fields and layouts.
- Work with Orbit, the world-building assistant, which writes lore, generates portraits, and researches ideas for you.
- Draw maps, generate character art with multiple expressions, and link everything together with references.
- Projects scale to thousands of files; the AI reads the context it needs on demand.
Play with an AI Game Master
Start a game from any world and the AI Game Master narrates, voices characters, tracks state, and rolls dice according to your rules.
- Shape the Game Master's personality, tone, and behavior with plain-English instructions — including how it handles memory, travel, and combat.
- Open games with a cinematic prelude, pick from saved game starts, and create your character.
- Switch to Visual Novel Mode to see narration as illustrated scenes with character portraits that change expression.
- Generate scene images during play and animate them into short cutscenes.
Publish, share, and earn
Publish a world for others to play, or a game system for other creators to build on.

Can I play D&D with an AI Game Master on Craft?
Yes. Craft supports D&D 5e-style play as well as your own homebrew systems. Rules are written in plain English, and the AI Game Master applies them during play.
Do I need to know how to code to use Craft?
No. Everything can be built in the browser, and Orbit, Craft's world-building assistant, can create characters, locations, and rules from a description. Developers can optionally use the Craft CLI and coding agents.
Can I earn from what I build?
Creators earn credits from paid plays: published worlds earn 1.5% of each paid play on them, and game systems earn 0.5% of each paid play on worlds started from them. Earnings are paid out weekly as credits.
