Before You Publish
Before publishing a World built on Huntcraft, run one complete Hunt from first sign to aftermath. Test a routine action that needs no roll, a 10+ that must fully resolve its intent, a 7–9 that keeps success while adding exactly one consequence, and a 6− that creates a genuinely new situation.
Test one Truth discovered through an unexpected but credible method. Test one Preparation that changes permission rather than adding vague advantage. Test one Aspect state change and confirm its changed effect changes play immediately. Attempt a Resolution before its requirements are met and confirm the GM blocks the impossible method without blocking other objectives. Then satisfy the requirements and confirm success ends the Hunt without another hidden gate.
Run one clarification-only exchange and confirm Pressure, Strain, Truths, Aspect states, Equipment, and Remnants do not change. Finish with two different Resolution routes and verify the resulting Remnants differ when the Quarry says they should.
Only after that loop works reliably should you add more Quarries. A large catalog cannot repair a weak Hunt procedure.
