Daggerheart SRD 2.0

A complete, setting-agnostic implementation of the Daggerheart System Reference Document 2.0 under the Darrington Press Community Gaming License (DPCGL). Every roll tells two stories. Two d12s hit the table, one for Hope and one for Fear, and whichever lands higher decides whether you push the story forward or the danger pushes back. The most important rule of Daggerheart is to make the game your own. Rules can be modified or ignored with table consent to serve the story. When the rules and the fiction disagree, choose rulings over rules: the GM makes the call that fits the world.
