Haven
A Haven is a safe place to rest. It is the vampire's home, workshop, and sanctuary. Without a Haven, a vampire is exposed, vulnerable, and at the mercy of the city.
What a Haven is
A Haven is any place where a vampire can safely rest during the day. It may be:
- An apartment, a house, or a mansion
- A warehouse, a factory, or a storage unit
- A crypt, a tomb, or a mausoleum
- A hidden room, a secret passage, or a underground bunker
- A supernatural space, a pocket dimension, or a spirit realm
Haven requirements
A Haven must provide:
- Shelter: Protection from sunlight, weather, and physical harm
- Privacy: A place where no one will find you
- Security: Protection from intruders, enemies, and the Masquerade
- Access: A way to get to and from the Haven safely
