Building Opposition

Factions are organizations; Contacts are people. Faction pressure, posture, knownExposure, and currentResponse live on the Faction. Pressure measures effort, not certainty.

Use Obstacle when opposition creates a barrier, Complication when a problem follows the crew, and Exposure when someone gains evidence. Heat can make the crew worth more attention, but it does not reveal identities, locations, Contacts, Assets, or plans.
