Five Genre Recipes

Cultivation

Rename Tiers to realms such as Body Tempering, Foundation, Core, Nascent Soul, and Sovereign. Replace Focus with Qi. Paths become cultivation arts; Techniques are forms, movement arts, defenses, and secret methods. Breakthrough requirements can involve insight, rare resources, tribulation, or internal transformation.

Tower / Isekai

Use ranks such as Awakened, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Apex or the World's own ladder. Resources might be Stamina, Mana, or System Charge. Paths can be Classes, Blessings, Systems, or Evolutions. Progress Tracks handle dungeon analysis, skill training, crafting, and floor-specific preparation. Tier tells the GM when a boss cannot be overpowered yet.

Academy Awakening

Tiers can be school ranks, circles, licenses, or stages of control. Paths are disciplines, bloodlines, research programs, or personal manifestations. Training Tracks make exams, technique practice, and supervised breakthroughs playable instead of automatic. A rival one Tier higher remains dangerous without needing a long combat stat block.

Monster Evolution

Tier names can be Hatchling, Mature, Alpha, Apex, and Mythic or a setting-specific taxonomy. Paths become evolution lines. Techniques represent inherited traits, learned adaptations, or mutations; breakthrough requirements can demand feeding conditions, environmental adaptation, bonds, or rare catalysts. Growth changes the creature's available scale rather than only its damage.

Superhero Growth

Tiers describe the scope at which powers can reliably matter, not fame. Paths are power expressions or evolving origins; Techniques are signature applications. A speedster can have Reach in movement without becoming globally equal to a stronger bruiser. Breakthroughs can come from control, new understanding, transformation, public responsibility, or surviving a power threshold.

These are conversion maps, not bundled settings. If a concept needs new definitions but not new schemas, the system is doing its job.
