Run It Reliably in Craft
Heartline follows Craft's rules + schema + files + context model. The Heartline Core GM instruction should be pinned as standing context. Detailed Rule files can remain searchable.
Relationship files for the central cast can be Partial; pin only a tiny number when a campaign has very few relationships. Secrets should generally be Searchable or Hidden from ordinary player-facing context while remaining available to the GM. Episode state should be Pinned while active because Pressure, scene count, active Secrets, and phase change during play.
After the files are pushed, configure short GM triggers: Relationship Update Guard on Relationship updates; Secret and Scandal Guard on Secret, Leverage, and Scandal changes; Scene Fallout after relevant updates; Episode Pressure after completed GM scenes. Keep trigger bodies short and let the searchable Rule files carry full explanations.
Treat the Archetypes and Drama Frames as the system's reference content. A World built on Heartline should create its own characters, locations, groups, events, relationships, secrets, scandals, episode state, and game starts from these schemas rather than inheriting a canonical Heartline setting.
