Welcome to Craft Lite

Craft Lite is a fast, genre-neutral tabletop RPG. One roll drives everything: 2d6 + a stat, meet or beat a target. If you can add two dice to a number, you can play.

Your character is built on three stats and three resource pools:

	Governs
Might	Strength, toughness, heavy weapons
Wit	Intellect, perception, magic and tech attacks
Finesse	Agility, stealth, ranged and light weapons

Pool	Powers
Mana	Magic abilities
Energy	Tech and device abilities
Stamina	Physical abilities

Any character can use all three pools — a spell-slinging brawler with a plasma pistol is a legal build. Everything your character learns is a Feat, bought with XP. There are no classes and no levels; characters grow along a rank ladder from F to S+ defined by what they've bought.

This book teaches you to play. Chapter 2 builds your first character; chapters 3 and 4 cover rolling and fighting; chapters 5 and 6 cover growth and gear. Craft Lite is a simple, fast 2d6 RPG built on three stats (Might, Wit, Finesse) and three resource pools (Mana, Energy, Stamina). This project is the complete base system with the setting stripped out: full rules, GM instructions, a large feat and equipment catalog spanning fantasy, modern, cyberpunk, and sci-fi gear, creature-building tables with themed feat libraries, and a working memory system.

Example files mark where your world's content goes — characters, creatures, locations, lore, factions, species, and game starts. Duplicate this project, replace the examples with your own world, and play.
