Manually Adding Items to Inventory

In an effort to add support multiple items in the simplest way possible, when an item is added manually it defaults to a stack of 0, to edit the quantity hover over the item, "⋮" UI element then, "Edit" and manually input the value or use the stepper. The same applies to vehicle inventory.
