A Sword Magus studies the stroke as a magical proposition: the edge establishes a boundary, the point gives direction, and the completed cut releases the answer. Their training joins a fencing yard to a lecture room, and admission depends on instruction and practice rather than noble blood, divine favor, or birth affinity. Some serve scholarly expeditions, others teach in private fencing schools; the practical nickname is "Spherablade."
