Equip from Inventory
Equip gear straight from inventory on a paper-doll character sheet. Click a slot (Head, Body, Feet, Main Hand, Off Hand or Ring) and pick from a dropdown that lists only what the character carries and what fits that slot, with Unequip at the top. Worn items show their art and name in the slot. Empty slots show whether anything carried could fill them, and inventory tiles get a small star when the item is worn. HOW TO USE: Tell orbit to read the file 'Paperdoll Inventory — Start Here' WHEN YOU ARE DONE: This package should be used to train orbit on modifying your sheet. When you are done, uninstall this package. NOTE: The files and file types in this package are just examples for the AI to learn and understand from! They should be used to apply layout to your already existing character sheet. You don't need the files in this package to run your actual game. What's inside - Six guides covering the data model, building the doll layout, worn markers on native grids, image performance, and what to watch for on slow devices. Hand them to your builder assistant when adapting the sheet to your own item types. - Paperdoll Character file type: the finished sheet, with six slots around a male or female silhouette (or your own figure art), and Equipment and Pack inventory grids with built-in add and remove. The styling is neutral and theme-agnostic: no set background, grey frames and transparent silhouettes, so it fits any project's look. Experimental: this package builds on layout behaviour that isn't formally supported yet. Use it knowing it may need updates as the platform evolves. A stable version will eventually be built into Layout Codex.
