Layout Codex
Guides and examples that teach Orbit advanced sheet layouts. Layout Codex goes well beyond Craft's built-in layout docs: install it, ask the assistant to read the Layout Codex, and it replies with a menu of what it can now build for your file types. What's inside - 13 guides covering styling and Tailwind (with the full list of classes that actually work), positioning and overlays, frames, custom grid tiles, per-item effects, visibility conditions, sizing and wrapping, and the traps that silently break layouts. - A working Showcase sheet that demonstrates every technique, split into Frames, Tiles, Paper doll, and Rows & layout tabs. The guides name the exact elements that build each effect, so the assistant copies from something known to work. Techniques it unlocks - Stretchable art frames in four styles (sci-fi, medieval, horror, sleek) - Round, hexagon and triangle tiles that stay fully editable, with captions - Paper dolls with equipment slots and a figure chosen from the character - Dot-leader stat lines, icons for each value of a field, gradient progress bars - Per-item scaling, glows and pulses, plus one-line strips and wrapping columns Ready-made art: nine painted tile borders, four frame sets, and male and female silhouettes, all uploaded and listed with their links. Most of all, it teaches the assistant that "undocumented" doesn't mean "impossible". It will try, tell you what to look for, and work with you until the sheet looks right.
