TAP — Table Authority Patch

This is a quick patch to smooth mid-campaign file editing and allow players a little more agency in the games they are playing. It also serves as a tool for players to fix WIP games that may not have developer authored fixes on the horizon. If you have any issues with installation, direct the GM or Orbit to read the contents of this folder and it should resolve any issues.
