NMY - Nice to Meet You

Aimed at play-time NPC generation (just met a new character). This package gives guidelines to the GM to create complex characters rooted in the universe you play in. They receive a deviance and are linked to other characters and places (existing or not yet created) for the GM to narrate in a rich, coherent, context web.
