Campaign Time and Weather

This package will give you a time, weather and season track that's placed under its own tab, in your character screen. To get it working, ask Orbit to apply the setup in the file "Campaign Time Package Setup". Does seem to not work fully if a project already has a time system implemented. Recommend removing old time system before package is installed.
