Crafting table & Shops

Adds all the items, lore, and GM rules to allow you to add a crafting table to your world. Creation of potions from herbs, Combining magical gems to make higher quality gems, & adding gems to weapons and armour to create enchanted items. A sample shop has also been added using Koinonia's Establishments set up. 95% of all functionality is built in, and there is a lore guide showing any additional (easy) steps you need to take to add them to your world.
