KEEL - New Setting in 5 Files
KEEL is a campaign engine for AI-run tabletop games, the invisible spine beneath the story. It replaces an AI game master's unreliable memory with files, its good intentions with receipts, and its improvisation with clocks. Every fact has one owner. Every turn ends with an auditable record of what was actually done. The world's factions scheme on their own schedules - bosses, rosters, standing orders - whether or not the players are watching. Story and bookkeeping run as separate passes so neither starves the other, and a built-in auditor reviews the engine's own behavior every twelve turns and files whatever drifted. Forged across 2400 turns of a single campaign and every hard lesson it forced, KEEL ships setting-agnostic: bring five files - a world, a party, a place, an enemy, an opening scene - and the machine does the remembering.
